    Callum MacKinnon has been part of the team that produced the acclaimed tourism focused research for the "Experiencing Scotland" project.

    The ‘Experiencing Scotland: Supplying a Quality Scottish Food and Drink Offer’ research demonstrated the importance of the link between Scottish Food & Drink and tourism and that culinary tourism is an integral part of the travel experience

    The Research suggests that people will pay up to 15% more for Scottish produce and businesses focusing on Scottish Produce earn up to 20% more turnover.
